My second biographical book is called "When I Was Five I Could Fly." It provides snapshots of my life, and is a fun read.
I hae removed it from Smashwords, not because of anything that Smashwords has done, but in protest against Amazon's dodgey tax policies. Like most honest citizens, I pay my taxes and insurance as required by the law. I refuse to help Amazon make huge profits, then refuse to pay tax on the earnings.
